nelvonna™ · Baking & Cake Decorating
Thoughtfully selected baking tools for mixing, rolling, piping, decorating, gifting and all the small rituals that make homemade baking feel beautifully put together.
Our Story · nelvonna™
Because baking is rarely just about the finished cake. It is the mixing, decorating, sharing and little rituals in between.
At nelvonna™, we are drawn to the quieter side of baking — the flour on the worktop, the first swirl of frosting, the familiar tools you reach for without having to think about them.
That idea shapes the way we approach our collection. We focus on practical baking and cake-decorating tools that fit naturally into real kitchens and real routines.
From measuring and mixing to rolling, piping and finishing, we want each piece to help make the process feel a little more organized, approachable and enjoyable.
Because the best part of baking is not always perfection. Sometimes it is simply making something with your own hands and having someone to share it with.
From everyday prep to the final detail. nelvonna™ brings together baking and cake-decorating essentials for the small rituals that make homemade baking memorable.
Our customer reviews from cakes, cookies, pies, cupcakes and everyday baking sessions — paired with the products that were part of the moment.
Featured Baker Note
“I made cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and actually had fun trying all the different tips instead of using the same swirl on everything. A few of the flowers were questionable 😂 but by the last tray I was feeling pretty proud of myself. Love that everything goes back into one case afterward.”
“The little thickness guides are what sold me. My sugar cookies usually come out half thin and half chunky, and this made them noticeably more even. Used it again for pie dough the following weekend.”
“Finally made a layer cake that didn’t look like it was slowly sliding to one side. I’m definitely not a professional baker, so getting the layers this straight felt like a small victory.”
“I used this on a cake I made for brunch and everyone assumed I’d spent way more time decorating it than I actually did. The stencil did most of the work. Exactly my kind of baking shortcut.”
“These have basically replaced the random collection of bowls I was using before. The bottoms staying put while I whisk is such a small thing, but I noticed it immediately. Also really appreciate that they nest together because my kitchen is tiny.”
“Made lemon cupcakes with curd in the middle for the first time and my husband asked why I hadn’t been making them like that all along 😂 Coring them was much less messy than trying to do it with a knife.”
“I’ve always been a ‘close enough’ measuring person, but bread recipes finally convinced me I needed a scale. It’s surprisingly nice having the weighing and measuring setup together instead of reaching for three different things.”
“Bought this because my son requested a dinosaur cake and apparently I decided I was capable of sculpting dinosaurs at 10 p.m. The tools made the little details SO much easier. My T-Rex still looked slightly confused, but he loved it.”
“These reminded me of the kind of cookies my grandmother used to make around the holidays. My kids helped with the cutting and there was flour absolutely everywhere, but honestly that was half the fun.”
“We pulled this out the weekend before Christmas and ended up turning cookie decorating into a whole family competition. Nobody agreed on whose looked best, but the tray was empty by the end of the night.”
“I bought these mostly for birthdays, but I’ve already used them three times. It’s so much easier to personalize a simple homemade cake without trying to pipe perfect letters with frosting.”
“The mini cakes were much cuter than I expected. I made a batch for a little dinner at our house and everyone thought I’d picked them up from a bakery. I absolutely accepted the compliment.”
“I bake biscuits pretty often and didn’t realize how much I disliked cutting butter in with a fork until I used an actual pastry blender. The scraper has also become one of those things I grab constantly, even when I’m not baking.”
“My apple pies usually taste good but look… homemade in the most obvious way possible. This helped a lot 😂 The lattice actually looked neat enough that I took a picture before anyone was allowed to cut into it.”
“I’m the person who always volunteers to bring cupcakes and then spends the whole drive praying they don’t tip over. Took these to a baby shower and every single one arrived where it was supposed to. That alone made me happy.”
“I wanted something reusable because I was tired of running out of disposable piping bags at the worst possible time. Used these for buttercream last weekend, washed everything afterward, and they’re already back in my baking drawer.”
“This made frosting the sides of my cake about ten times less frustrating. I still had to redo one section because I got impatient, but being able to turn the cake smoothly instead of walking around the counter was a game changer.”
“I bought these mainly because I was going through way too much parchment paper. Three batches of cookies later and I’m wondering why I waited so long. Cleanup was basically wiping the mats down and putting them away.”
“Nothing fancy to say here—they’re just really pleasant everyday kitchen tools. The spatula actually gets the last bit of batter out of the bowl, which means slightly more banana bread for me, so five stars.”
“Apparently I had five half-open bags of sprinkles hiding in different cabinets. Everything is finally in one place now and I can actually see what I have before buying more. My baking shelf looks suspiciously organized for once.”
